5. HOME EQUIPMENT & TRAINING ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge and agree that when training at home, you are fully and solely responsible for your equipment and environment.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Pole equipment
• Mounting systems
• Ceiling or floor attachments
• Structural integrity of the space
• Flooring, mats, and surrounding area

Kiki Pole Academy:
• Does not manufacture, sell, install, inspect, approve, or recommend any pole equipment
• Has no control over your home setup or installation

We assume no responsibility or liability for:
• Equipment failure
• Improper installation
• Structural or property damage
• Injuries caused by poles, mounts, ceilings, floors, or training space

You confirm that:
• Your pole is installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Your equipment is safe, stable, and suitable for use
• Any injury or damage related to your equipment or environment is entirely your responsibility

6. USER RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY

You are solely responsible for:
• Warming up properly
• Using appropriate safety equipment (e.g. crash mats)
• Training within your personal limits
• Stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort

You understand that Kiki Pole Academy does not supervise or monitor your training.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kiki Pole Academy, its owner, instructors, employees, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for:
• Any injury, accident, or physical harm
• Any loss, damage, or expense
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This limitation applies even if injuries occur while following the programs or instructions exactly.
